Shipping and Returns Policy

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update! To track the progress of your order please visit the Royal Mail website. 


When will my order arrive?

We currently do a post office run every Saturday morning, therefore Your order is packed and shipped within 7 days of your purchase. Average delivery time time for domestic orders will be within 5 days. After your order is shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.


Returns and Exchanges

We offer refunds within 7 days of receiving on all unworn items. Please message us if you are wanting to return an item. 


My Item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you have given the wrong shipping address.
